Since their relaunch in 2019, Saints 2XV have secured back-to-back league promotions, taking them to Championship 2 Midlands in Tier 3 of the Women's game. The 2023/24 season saw them consolidate their previous successes, culminating in a succesful Intermediate Cup campaign, clinching the final 12 - 5 against Lichfield, at Twickenham. As Saints 2XV approach their second season in Championship 2, they anticipate exciting league clashes against the likes of Shelford, Bury, and long-standing local rivals Hitchin 1XV, whilst embarking on their defense of their maiden Cup title.
Saints 2XV train at Woollams on Monday and Wednesday evenings, typically on Pitch 5. 2XV and 1XV squads have integrated training sessions with strong crossover between squads, making the 2XV a keystone in our grassroots player pathway.
