We’d like to take a moment to share the announcement that we are establishing a new OARFC Network Club, and invite any interested parties to sign up and attend our first meeting on Thursday 17th October.

The aim is to enhance the experience of being part of our wonderful OARFC Community.

Hopefully by growing your network we can help you build your professional contacts, and establish a rapport with a group of people who can give you support and advice when necessary.

We aim to foster a strong network that will make you feel supported in improving the value of the services you offer and enable you to offer your clients the best possible experience.

We’d just like to highlight some benefits that networking can create:

• You can gain access to new potential customers via your network.
• Networking can help you find promising employees who share your values.
• It can give you access to suppliers and vendors who offer products and services that your organisation requires.
• A strong network of stakeholders can boost the success and growth of an organisation.
• You can learn from colleagues with more experience in your industry.
• Contacts in your network may make you aware of new job openings.
• You can build a positive reputation and personal brand via your network.
• Networking can help you find investors for new projects and start-ups.
• Gain business via word of mouth referrals
• Building your brand within the local area

Where we aim to differ from other networking groups is:

• Any expenses to those attending are simply to cover costs. As part of the OARFC Community we are simply looking to support each other.
• There will never be any pressure to recruit others to generate a number of introductions / leads per month. This group will grow holistically from within the OARFC Community, and from reputation & recommendations.
• There will be no lock out system in place which means best practice between similar business can be shared as we believe in collaboration, not competition / a fully supporting can do attitude / we’ll help you build a network that becomes your net worth

Membership:

If you are an existing Sponsor, or hold a Gold or Full Playing Membership, you are automatically enrolled into the Network Club and entitled to our discounted rates, inclusion in our Network Club Whatsapp and Mailing Group.

For those who don't hold this level of Membership we offer a guest rate to attend our meetings.

Events:

We aim to run an event in our wonderful clubhouse once a month, on a Thursday evening. Booking to attend each event will close at 6pm on the Monday before each event.

6.30pm - 7pm - Arrival
7pm - Meeting Starts
7.15pm - Club Update from OARFC
7.20pm - Members Introductions
8pm - Speakers and networking
8.30-9pm - Meeting Closes
9pm Onwards - Opportunity to meet players and coaches
