Taunton Rugby Football Club in based in Taunton, Somerset. The first XV, Taunton Titans, play in National League 2 South, having achieved back-to-back promotions in 2009 and 2010. The second XV (The Warriors) play in the Somerset.
Premier League and the third XV (The Wanderers) play in Somerset 2 South. The club also operates the full range of junior teams for both boys and girls.
The club was founded in 1875, and play their home matches at Hyde Park, next to the M5 motorway. They moved to Hyde Park in November 2001, having previously played at Priory Park for 66 years. In 2011 they began their partnership with local telecommunications firm, Commsplus. This partnership developed over many years and in October 2017, the Taunton Rugby Club ground at Hyde Park in Taunton was officially renamed the ‘Commsplus Stadium’.
The team’s achievements in 2008–09, when they remained unbeaten, saw them rewarded by being named ‘BBC West Team of the Year’.
In the 2009–10 season the Taunton 1st XV were champions of National League 3 South West, winning 24 of 26 matches.
In the 2010–11 season the Taunton 1st XV finished in 7th position in their first season in National League 2 South.

Head Coach's Preview
We travel to Taunton after our postponement last week in buoyant mood after an excellent week of preparation.
It has been pleasing to see the whole squad focused on turning our recent run of poor results around and this has created an intensity and competition within our sessions.
We are expecting a very tough encounter and know that Taunton is a difficult place to pick up a positive result and we must ensure we are prepared for the physical intensity that they brought when they visited Woolams earlier in the season.
We'd also like to congratulate Dan Watt who will reach 50 appearances for the 1st XV!

Old Albanian RFC
Founded in 1924, Old Albanian RFC is an English Rugby Union Club playing in National League Two South for the 2018/19 season. We are a fully open and inclusive community club based at Woollams, the club’s home ground in St Albans, Hertfordshire offering some of the best playing and social facilities in the UK.
The senior club runs four men’s teams and an Adult Ladies side all playing in competitive leagues, in 2018 the club also launched an Academy for 17 to 23 year olds.
The junior club is one of of the largest and most successful Mini’s & Junior’s sections in the country with nearly 1,000 members playing week in week out between Under 5 and Under 18s, including a growing Girls section operating at 3 age groups; Under 13, Under 15 and Under 18.
